The Leadership Archetype Questionnaire
The Leadership Archetype Questionnaire (LAQ) is a questionnaire
designed to help the participant identify his/her salient leadership behavior
through eight leadership archetypes. The assessment of leadership archetypes
will help to create the most capable executive leadership team required
for an effective organization. The archetypes listed are Strategist,
Change-catalyst, Transactor, Builder, Innovator, Processor, Coach and
Communicator. The LAQ is an online survey through which it is possible
for the participant to gather data from two core teams of which s/he
is a member.
